Troubleshooting engine electrical prob.

    Have a 99 taco. Added a few upgrades and now engine will not start. Added HO alternator, a second battery with separator, lights w/ aux fuse panel. Now engine turns over but will not start. I'm sure it's something I did but I just don't know how to troubleshoot. Because all of the adds were electrical, I checked fuses but don't where to look next. Any ideas?
