Weathertech floor liners moded to hold OEM floor mats, weathertech vent visors, Toyota bed mat, LEER 100XL cap, hood gasket mod to stop whistling.
In 6 years I never once put anything in mine on my '06 DCSB, my '13 DCLB does not have them. Those are only in the SB version.

BTW, what's up with the other compartments with the latches. Water, dirt, you name it gets in there up from the bottom. You can see the road down thru the holes...a poor design IMO. I only store plastic bags in mine used to put fish in after being out on the water.

I built a plastic peice that i glued in from the underside of the box to cover those stupid holes, 15 trips up the muddy gravel hill to go skiing and nothing in there yet. Success i say.

I agree with you guys i rarely use my little fender pocket, but having them there looks 100% better then the hole i got now lol.

I considered going to the dollar store and buying a cheap plastic ice cube tray and cutting it into sections then gluing it over the holes in the bottom.

    Stock for now...
I'd plug those holes and use a heater box/air conditioning drain nipple to allow any water to drain out - this will let the water out , never into the box .

Anybody try the Pop & Lock metal lockable cover replacement?
