    06 sport double cab short bed
    I have the opportunity to get a used cap from leer, they say it only it fits tacomas from 01-04, and I have an 06, the dimensions are pretty close, the 01-04 is 60 wide by62 long my truck are that of the extra short bed 62x62 I believe, does anyone have any info on this

    There is always a way , but not sure if it would be wothwhile . I would probably keep on the lookout for a used 2nd gen cap .

    2011 Tacoma 4x4 Regular cab automatic trans,
    Rear Leaf TSB, Bilstein 5100s, extra leaf added
    The back of the of the two cabs are a different slope. If you slide the cap all the way forward to cover the bed, the cap will hit the cab and rub. Keep looking for the correct cap.
