truck just quit

I was leaving the 4th july fireworks and the engine shut off. Fifteen minutes wiggling fuses and relays, it would crank but not fire. Called a tow truck then tried it one more time and it started rite up and ran fine.Could this be a fuel pump on the way out? Has this happened to any body else? 2005 TRD SR5 sport with 135xxx miles, just had a new frame installed 2 weeks ago.
