comeple sound system, mids tweeters and sub Sport rims off a 2010 tacoma
    i have a 2000 toyota tacom v6. 4x4 manual transmission

the problem is that it starts only with the push of the clutch start button
and not when the clutch is pushed in,

there is no problem with floor mats or pedals interfering with the extension of the pedal

I just replaced the starter and it fires up perfect

I believe its some sort of switch near the clutch? not sure exactly would love to hear some input?

There is a button under the clutch pedal that is pushed in when the clutch is down. I would start there. Cant remember exactly where it is but I believe it is near the linkage under the dash.
