Dad just fixed this on his Dodge about a month ago.

Go with jandrews advice or i_love_tacos. It could be several issues compounding each other. For dad, it was the following:

    1. Dodge installed different caliper sizes at the factory. We had them replaced, problem persisted (we did this fixed a long time ago, but it's still something to note)
    2. Rotor was worn out on one side
    3. Calipers were grabbing unevenly (I think one of the brake lines was clogged/damaged, but I didn't get the full story on it.

measure the pads, check your rotors for bad wear, bleed the brakes. I guarantee it's something with rotors or braking system. Might be ABS too.

If it was alignment, you'd have it pull without braking. I doubt it's anything to do with tires, but you might swap the front two tires to the other sides and road test - if that was it, try balancing, check for rim warping, tire defects, bearing issues.
