    Not really that heavy
Two people can manuever it easily onto a bed

How it mounts: three legs each side with two bolts into the bed rail. Top legs have a extended portion with screws to the portion behind the cab to prevent the bed from splitting

Loved this rack for what I used it for

As we all know , builds change. I'm transitioning to a shell(canopy) and this won't be needed any longer.

It was built by a local here in Oregon, little bro 5.

The intentions of the rack were to be able to have a tool box, hold my roof top tent, and have storage above the roof because access cabs don't get roof racks. I also planned to carry a kayak.

Tyler blew it out of the park with this thing

It has three antenna mounts, the roof portion holds weight very well. I had my little brother on it weighing over 200lbs and it holds great.
I cannot recall if he stood on the front edge but I know I have weighing in around 170 without issue.

    Toolbox opens under the rack

    Roof top tent mounts perfectly

Plenty of height under for stacking or getting under. I didn't like short racks because I felt you lost working space in the bed. I'm a tall person

I never had issues with the tent up top other than wind. But that's an issue with tents regardless imo. I've crawled rocks with it, discovery routes, and done 100s of miles on the hwy with a tent up there.
