Truck Vibration from Cold Air Intake?

My 09 DC LB 4x4 Sport has a vibration that can be felt in the gas pedal at 25 MPH and very strong at 35 to 40 MPH. Dealer had head Tech, service and assistant service manager drive it and came up with the vibration is because of the AFE Cold Air Intake?? it is only there at low RPM when driven normal and I dont feel it when i get on it a little. Is this possible??

Actually, after I installed my CAI I noticed a vibration through my gas pedal at high rpm as well. I dont even notice it any more though, I just got used to it.

wonder why mine vibrates at redline? to much power must be the answer.
