    I'm shipping my truck to Oahu and I need to know the weight.
    I looked inside the drivers side door. It reads 5480 I think. Is it really that
    heavy. Or is that fully loaded w/humans and cargo?:confused:

    Thats the maximum the truck can weigh with full payload and passengers.....Your gonna have to put it on a scale.

    I pulled on a truck scale a few weeks ago. With me and all my add ons like bumper, lift, wheels, tires, and a tool box with my winch my truck weighed in right at 4580 iirc(almost full tank of gas too).

    I'm guessing you meant Tues as in yesterday?? And your rims and Tires will change the weight of the truck...as well as how much gas you had in it....So to be precise- there is no where that the weight of your truck is written down.

    Hope you got it worked out!! (Cause no matter what you said it weighs, they are going to weight it to charge you every cent possible)
