Does anyone know if there are any issues with the bed extender and the Truxedo Low Profile Cover?

No idea but if you plan on driving with the extender down and the cover closed keep this in mind.
Ive driven with sheet rock and 2x4s in the back of my truck (8' long) with an ArmorLid tonneau cover in the closed position. Its a solid one piece cover just like the undercover brand. On the highway I had a stong gust of a tailwind that made me think twice of driving on the highway with just the two locks keeping it closed.
now i put 2 straps from the side step bars up between the cab/bed and then down to the back of the bed and connect them to the hitch hooks (If you looked at the bed from above it would kinda look like suspenders holding up someones pants).

That just made me feel better that the cover couldnt lift off. I doubt that it would, but now i know it wouldnt with the straps. Peace of mind is a good thing.
