4>3 doesn't matter man- I've got 3 and I've had weight in the bed and on the hitch and I didn't bottom on.
For an 08- Demo the problem is the only way to get it fixed.

    Hey REVHARD25,
I see your from SB too. Not very helpful on Hollister.
I just brought my 08 Tacoma no TRD in the other day for the TSB.
I should be picking it up today.
    He is an earlier post.

OK here is my TSB story for my 08 Taco.

Four weeks ago drove into the dealership and told them my problem with a low ride and what seamed to be a bottom out with two bikes loaded.
They said only up to 07's I said same part numbers and same problem, they said sorry no can do.
Returned two weeks later, complained again, they said they would call Toyota; did not hear back from them, I called back, they said sorry no can do.
Back to the dealership again to talk to my sales guy, explained the problem, he calls Toyota, sorry no can do.
I then ask the service manager to call Toyota, I go back 1.5 weeks later because he does not call me back and then says sorry no can do.
I read a bit more here on the forum get the 1-800# to call Toyota yesterday.
The guy from Toyota is very nice and says will get back to me in a few days.
I get a call back the same day from the dealership service manager to say "Toyota called they said we can fix your problem"
The truck goes in on Monday for the new springs and shocks.

    getting there....
persistence pays off......although with the known bottoming out problem, they shouldnt second guess the people coming in complaining about the weak springs. glad you are getting yours fixed.

The best way to see the numbers on the leaf springs is to get a small dig camera and just shoot it over the tire towards the ground. make sure the flash goes off and then look at the dig image after you take the pic and see if you need to move the camera a bit to get a better shot.
