TSB Advice Needed

    My dealership has agreed to do the rear spring TSB for me. However, Toyota has denied my claim. I have a Toyota extended warranty good until 100k. I am at 80k now. I talked to the customer service people at Toyota Care (extended warranty) they told me to call Toyota customer service. Toyota customer service is closed for MLK. Any advice?
