Anyone know anything about a rear leaf spring TSB for 09s? Mine squeak an awful lot, especially when they're wet and/or muddy, even just a little.

i wouldn't say that yet,but my g/f escape had an issue, and the stealership told me there was a diagnostic fee $59 and then a $50 deductible in her plan. .said ok, called the corp office, they called stealership and only paid deductible, toyota will prob go beyond normal procedures at this point in the business life. use their negative press against them, tell them, maybe i should just go buy a warrantied ford. always be respectful to them and it goes a long way. tell them you do al ot of haurling blah blah and its disappointing that the truck wont do what its supposed to

also, if you know the date the tsb was released, maybe you can argue that the tsb was released after the truck passed it mileage. that may work as well

Those sites aren't very thorough regarding TSBs. The best site to go to for TSB info is the TIS site. It's not free but you can see everything released by Toyota.

Yes, but not every 2010 model is affected or has an issue. TSBs are based on complaints by consumers. If you have a problem with let's say, your front seat squeaks, then you would take it to the dealer. The dealer would diagnose the problem and then would look for a correction. That is where the TSB comes into play.

Bleh I think someone should recreate this thread so the first post is maintained.... maybe I'll volunteer. I had no idea the harsh ride was updated for 09-10...

I also have plenty of server space and bandwidth on my site I could use to store them so no "wait 50 seconds to download" crap...
