They offer them on Toyota Owners Online, its an official Toyota site. You can pay for access from 48 hours to annual. Tell them that's where you heard about it after researching your issues or calling Toyota Customer Care.

I want the rear leafs replaced, i've got some front end clunking and steering wobble when on rough roads, and a metallic sound from my exhaust.

I had the same issue with the document viewer, gotta click download, wait the 15 sec, then click download again when it redirects you back. i had to do that multiple times for it to work on each.

At City Toyota at the moment, I gave the service department all the tsb documents, they are having the techs look at the problems i've been having.

At my local dealer (in Pullman, WA), I told them I saw a need for the TSB since I plan to haul quite a bit of stuff in a few weeks. They said, of course, let me call you back. I spoke with them again after the SA verified my VIN/details and they said come in for ~15 minutes and we'll order all the parts we need. They've done it a few times for people in similar situations to me; very pleasant and easy to work with so far!

Their main focus is on my shocks, because they said that certain Tacomas are equipped differently, so they'll have to see it to judge whether I'll need new shocks. Anything else I should know about this process?

The shock replacement is based on which trim level you have. Lower end trims get their shocks traded up to bilsteins, which is what the TRD comes with already.

TRD models have Bilsteins, so no shock replacement needed for you.

I just recently got my 2011 Tacoma. Should I be getting these TSB's fixed on my truck? Or is it a "fix it when it breaks" deal with the TSB?

A TSB is a "fix it when it breaks" deal generally. A safety recall is more urgent and covered regardless of if you are in warranty.

However the rear spring TSB is one that may need to be preemptively completed [like I am having done right now].

    Congrats on the Taco!

What's the rear spring TSB? I've seen that around the website quite a bit. On the first page I saw a few that said harsh ride. Is that it?

And thanks! I love this truck :D. I traded up from a 13 year old Jeep and don't miss it.

^^ It adds a leaf so your bed won't sag under a typical load. Mine sagged at 500lbs (motorcycle), but the Tacoma is supposed to handle upwards of 1200lbs. Seems the rest of the world got 4 leafs aside from American-bound ones. There's barely a noticeable difference in the ride qaulity.

Just got my rear-leaf TSB done, and the numbers don't match up from the new ones on the TSB pdf.
**My newly installed ones: RH ends in 04571 while LH ends in 04211**

Which TSB is the add a leaf one? There's a couple that say "rear spring harsh ride" and one that says "rear spring harsh ride under heavy load." Is the latter the one I'm lookin for? Or is it the most newly updated harsh ride one? Thanks in advance!

Oh and please excuse my noob-ness.

Yes, get it done, can't hurt even if you don't haul. Plus you paid enough for your truck so you might as well take full advantage of a free suspension upgrade while you're under warranty. And do print out the tsb pdf, my dealer tried to give me shit until I handed him the copy of the tsb, then he started kissing my ass :)

Would anyone be interested in pictures of the replaced parts installed for the Harsh Ride TSB? I took a bunch and they are quite good quality on my '11 Taco.

I admit I havent read everyones post in this thread. When I found out what TSB stood for, I googled it and this thread popped up. Whats the next step if you find you may have one of the listed problems. I have an 09 Access cab, Convience model. 2.7L 5 speed, so I dont know if whats on the list only pertains to the year thats listed next to it. Thanks
