Im new to the cite, and have seen and heard a lot about a "tsb rear let spring mod" but I dont quite understand what this is. Dose the dealer do it or is it something you buy? Any help would be great thanks.

It's a TSB, a Technical Service Bulletin. Some owners have experienced a 'harsh ride' when carrying a load that is within the stated load capacity of the truck. Toyota has a fix for this, which is covered under the factory warranty if the truck is not outside the mileage/time limits.

To add on to what JKD said, they'll replace your 3-leaf pack for a 4-leaf pack. Get it if you haul stuff. Use the search button to find the thread w/ the actual TSB. Good luck!

3Yr/36,000, he's over on both counts.

The 06 would most likely get shocks all around, bump stops and the 4 leaf rear.
