TSB Suspension Mishap...

they should not give any chit, call the toyota 1800 number and complain. Or, just go to another dealer.

 

I swear mine bottomed out the other day with 4 people inside! Is this typical without the TSB being done?

Again today, 3 other people and me (I weigh 130!) and it seemed to mush over just small road irregularities. Like the springs weren't strong enough and shocks weren't doing their job. I wonder if I can get the TSB done for this?

 

I went to 3 in the houston area and all gave me the same line they have to have a tech look at my truck which would take 3 or so hours, so I'd have to leave it there all day while at work, then pick it up later, wish they'd just order the parts and do it all in one day. By the way Fort Bend Toyota has the worst service department period. The head service manager is great, but everyone under him is a complete pain to deal with and I get the run around everytime I go in there.
