I have a 2006 Tacoma TRD Off-Road. I have little over 40K on her. Now I read some of the threads and some people are saying that there should of been 4 leaf springs on the back. Mine has only 3. Since I am out of warranty am I out of luck?????? Or do I go to my dealership and try to have them replace it???? Is it going to cost me anything?????? Need some advice. Thanks in advance!!!!!!!!

There are several threads about this. Some members have been lucky enough to get the springs even out of warranty. You can also call toyo customer service.

With a decent load (still under the rated capacity), going over bumps it'll hit the bump stops and bottom the suspension out. THis can lead to jerky motions, throwing the truck around, ect... it *could* be unsafe and make the truck go in a fairly unpredictable manner. Though, honestly it's really not that big of a deal... other than it's bad on the body/frame to take such abuse.
