    You are 100% right the OPs truck needs dual ground plugs. But I think the plugs you linked to are singles.

    As far as NGK plug wires. I've been running the NGK wires for a year, with no problem.

    Mine are duals also, they just use stock photos. I just checked all the reviews to confirm, Ordered them and installed last weekend.

    I don't know. Mine only have 71,000 miles. Hard to say based on run cycles vs. years. I'm sure somebody here has a recommendation.

    all i recall at the moment is there may be a CEL trigger if they are bad :notsure:

    I'd do just the spark plugs (dual ground) and NGK wires.

    Dealers don't stock the wires any more, most end up using NGK wires now.

    I've used NGK wires on the 3.4 tune ups since 2005 with no issues. I still prefer them due to cost and availability.

    I've seen injectors fail more often than coils on the 3.4

    Napa sells NGK coil pack rebuild kits. Id do that before I replace, especially with cheapo $10 Amazon coils haha.
