    So realized something stupid today. I did a 2hr round trip drive yesterday and I noticed on the way home I was seeing less and less boost. Checked it out this morning and saw that the coupler next to the maf had slid off. When I went to reattach it I realized that the FPR vac line was caught in the t-bolt and clamped down o_O And the vac line may or may not have actually been attached to the FPR. I reconnected everything correctly but didn't get a chance to start it up with the lap top hooked up yet. Will do that tomorrow. But hopefully this may fix my idle issue I've been having. I think this may have happened when I pulled stuff off to install the injectors

    It's like the inevitable 'is the computer plugged into the wall, sir' when talking to tech support. You'd be surprised how many times they're right :laugh:

    Think of it more like a fridge. It keeps the inside cool while the outside ia hot. The wrap also prevent the conduction of heat, from the engine bay, into the post intercooled charge pipe. Preventing that pipe from saturating with heat again.

    Well, the thing is the r150f is the 5vz trans but it won't bolt up to my 3rz t case.

    The r151f and r150f is pretty much the same except the low 1st gear at 4.80 something and being able to use the t case out of the 4 cylinder with the r151f.

    Maybe check coolant levels, thermostat etc? Did the code repeat after that first time?

    It had been running a little inconsistent at idle and at cruising speeds and I couldn't figure out why. Today it was better but AFR's were just off...random rich or lean spots. So I messed with the idle and cruise area of the fuel map and it's much better now. A lot more consistent and responsive. The AutoTune feature in the TunerStudio software makes tuning cruising AFR's really quick and easy. I'm glad I popped off that coupler yesterday or who know when I would've found that vac line like that. It was on the underside of the IC pipe where I'd never see it.

    Anyone know about the transfer cases toyota used.

    I have a 3rz, wanting to go with the r151f but not sure if it will fit my stock t case. The 151 will fit the older pickup gear driven t case but the r150f will not.
