Just checked mine and in CL it stays consistently between .03 and .9 V. I think we should have similar operation since we are both narrow band o2 and also similar altitude. It looks like yours should be operating somewhat correctly with those voltages as I believe .45 V would be stoich. Is your signal oscillating and uniform or is it favoring a high or low voltage?

This is a full throttle snapshot14C7D080-1BAD-4DCA-B44E-D7F27877351E.jpg 3793786F-AB7A-4D45-B15D-B82721427F56.jpg and this is just cruising. This was the high side it would go down to .03 or so but constantly fluctuating on o2 sensor 1. O2 sensor 2 highest was in the .50s but it has the mod so would that still have an effect on anything

It spends most of its time around 4.5, but it goes way off both directions more often than not.
I just ordered an extension o2 harness and a weld-in bung. I know that narrowband o2's are less sensitive to heat, but I still think it would help to move the front o2 closer to the turbo

That’s the one thing that’s making me stoked about my haltech is that it should make the o2 sensors pointless kinda

Ugh... so irritating. Are you still running the Supra fuel pump? Maybe your truck needs to be tuned again?

Alright guys, this guy is making me wonder if it's legit. A tree fell on his 4 runner that has the 3.0 with a 5spd and 4wd. He wants $500 for the trans and t case. We got to talking and he's like you seem like a cool guy so I can do $350.....he did send me a pic of a tree on a red 4 runner.

But like $350 for a trans and t case? Seems to good to be true

    So Josh... weirdest thing.
I bought an extension o2 harness to move the upstream o2 close to the wideband AEM sensor. Since I had the harness, I thought I would try hooking the front o2 wire to the rear o2 sensor (leaving the rear o2 wire unplugged), and its running perfect once again. So I've ruled out the front o2 wires since I'm basically still using them with the rear sensor. That means that the front o2 sensor doesn't like being where it is for some reason. And since I already replaced the front sensor multiple times with no change, I've also ruled out the sensor itself.
I'm wondering if I should buy another extension and basically flip flop the sensors with opposite wires, or if I should just move the front o2 closer to the turbo like I planned.
The weird thing is that now the front o2 signal source is basically like 5 feet away from the engine and once again getting an accurate reading... so I can basically say that distance from the engine with 3" exhaust doesn't really matter with a narrowband o2. I'm so confused lol!!!

narrowband and accurate dont go together... you also could have gotten multiple o2 sensors with individual problems. i know ive personally replaced a starter mutliple times in a month because of bad parts.

That just doesn't sound right though. One denso and one boshe both reading literally identically? I'm not sure about that.
I'm not doubting the possibility, but my luck isn't that bad lol

If im reading right you hooked up the up stream harness to the rear (downstream) sensor. No upstream sensor or is your wide band connected with your ECU

the upstream sensor is there (and stock), but doesn't like where it is (making me run too lean), so I plugged the front wire into the rear sensor. Now the front sensor and rear wire are unplugged. I'm going to be getting bank 2 sensor codes, but I can deal with that for now.

dont understand why youre trying to make use of the narrowband. of course it reads rich and is telling the ecu to lean out.
