The r150 from the 3.0 has a 160mm input shaft with a passenger side drop t case.

R150 from a 3.4 has a 190mm input with the tacoma driver side drop t case.

The tacoma t cases bolt up together but not the pre tacomas

So therefore I'll have a passenger side drop t case from a 3.0 with the 3.4 input swapped in...perfect for a SAS with the 3.4

I bought a couple reducers, a silicone hump, a 90º, and a straight. Being so long, they can be cut to create multiple couplings.

    I also ordered a 321 stainless U-bend with a 2.5" CLR

I wouldn't go bigger than 2.5" if you plan on staying under 12 psi.
You're going to need at least 8 elbows (mostly 90 deg but probably one or two 45 deg) and at least 2 straight couplers. The throttle body is 2.75" IIRC, so you'll need one reducer elbow (2.5" to 2.75"). Every year of Taco is a little different though, so you are going to have to map it all out and decide where the intercooler will be... then go from there.

Probably 2.5"-3" but it all depends on the turbo. The inlet of the 5vz-fe is 2.75" so keep that in mind

FWD is supposed to be hella fun. Hold gas+ hit brake= easy oversteer.

Yeah, it's good fun and the FWD cars are significantly faster than an identically equipped RWD because of left foot braking. I've owned two of them because of that. Just not sure what my driving style suits, it might turn out that I drive RWD faster than FWD because of my driving style, or even AWD is better

If you have a limited slip center diff AWD is going to be a lot more competitive than either.

On paper, sure. Depends on the stage and the rally. The 4wd cars don't do well on tigh, technical rallies, but the 2wd cars don't do well on the wide open rallies. It's a trade-off and actual real wporld speed depends on the driver as much as the car. But enough :threadjacked: from me
