My oil pressure gauge is coming from the sender, but when warmed up, idle is about 4psi, cruising is about 40psi, and WOT goes to like 75-80ish.
That's with 5w-20 Amsoil Signature Series.

Also, how I feel when I realize my "stutter" is gone after putting my injector wiring back to stock (instead of using the bypass harness)...

With the Precision Turbo, mine is to atmosphere. With the Borg Warner EFR, the BOV is integrated, so it is recirculated.

Strongly consider bumping up to a 30 weight, once you get that turbo on.

I agree. I run 10w30 in all my vehicles. Forget that fuel saving weight shit. If you over heat that shit it's bei bei bei motor.

Already have 6qt ready for spring! Winters up here get damn cold when I go skiing, and even then, the 0w-20 makes the truck sound tired haha.

    how do you like that?

and unless theres a space issue with not recirculating do it. recirc will always provide better response

But you don't get the awesome rich shift that ignites a fire ball out the exhaust when running a maf!! Lol

24EE2B44-67FA-49DC-8F32-7C7D27C648B8.jpg I’m going to put the original maf adapter in place of the spectra. I’m pretty sure it won’t leak.

Do you think the wiring is bad then? When I was first getting my FIC squared away I had issues with the cam/crank sensor wiring and spark plugs. Not sure what the wiring on yours is like for those signals but the guide I found for mine used a resistor to make a low pass filter. I was getting lots of miss fires and ended up pulling the resistor all together and it cleared them up. For plugs I had to gap down to .024" at 10 psi.

After changing the maf adapter the vacuum went from -10psi to -13psi at idle. I must have had a vac leak :notsure: I cleaned the maf sensor but still having the intermittent hesitation on acceleration.

Right now I have the PCV valve going into the opening at the back of the valve cover to the large opening on the intake(original location) and the front opening has a filter. I have been having oil push-up through the spark plug wire sockets. Is there another way to route the PCV valve where it won’t have so much pressure in the crankcase ?

If the front just has a filter you are sucking in unmetered air through it if your MAF sensor is still over by the air cleaner

hx989 is right you have a big vacuum leak from the front breather it should be hooked to the intake post MAF pre turbo. If you are worried about oil in your turbo put a catch can on it.

If your still getting excessive crank case pressure you should check to make sure you PCV is working, or install a separate check valve. You should also change that line when it collapses it is not sucking/letting the pressure out.

I capped both vent ports on my intake manifold and run both vents on the valve cover VTA. I capped off practically every vacuum line I'm not using. So far this is working for me.

Okay, so maybe remove the PCV system from the intake manifold altogether. Run the PCV vent hose to the inlet pipe of the turbo PRE MAF(if youre running if suck through style). It will promote the proper flow and also make sure you are not injesting unmetered air.
