Last update on the P0325 code: It looks like no more code. I put the stock sensor back in and it’s running fine. With the 440cc injectors the afr’s are in the 9.0-9.5 range WOT on 93 pump gas at 5-6 psi of boost so it leaves room to grow.

Interesting, what are your fuel trims?
I guess the stock ECU can trim for 440cc's...not 550cc's though.

Aren't you using Torque? You can see STFT and LTFT by adding their respective gauge displays.

They have to be maxed out. Be very surprised if ECU can compensate that much. You are super rich. I would really look into getting something to tune asap.

I've been super busy at work.. This whole 2 jobs and still no money thing is seriously cutting into my turbo time! With that said, my IC piping is being welded by my buddy, and I just ordered the last few fittings and couplers over the weekend that I need. Possibly thinking of doing it Christmas weekend if weather/time/friends allow!

The cold side is done, since that won't change from the IC to the throttle body. The hot side from the turbo is a straight shot from a coupler to the IC. I have a long tube that we'll cut down and bead roll. Plus on the hot side there's no BOV or anything, so it's extremely easy to do while we mount the manifold and such.
