    Bw s256 turbo with 3 in glass pack dumped pre axle raptor liner bed and top rails and fenderflares and rocker panels. Hunter side steps. Plasti-dipped upper fenders and emblems. satin black spray paint here and there inside and out. 5100's set to 1.75" up front . C channel front bumper. Maxxis bighorn 255/85/16
    I had thought about that and i may put a bigger spring in to test that if i cant find a leak, but i thought it would be way louder with an open dump pipe but who knows

    The sound will be the same, but when it comes-on compared to when it was working "normally" should change. To full volume sooner.

    Yes i mean that i assumed that my wg was not opening because i hadnt gone deaf yet, not that it would be loader at more boost, just it would be loader when it opened

    The air filter is a restriction. The more saturated, with collected debris from filtering, the more of a restriction it becomes. Turbos don't like restrictions. Removing it will determine how restrictive your filter is. Requiring a cleaning or replacement.

    I had one air filter so badly clogged that my engine couldn't build boost, and was sucking in air from around the injector insulators.

    That was back when the truck had the remotely mounted turbo. Obvious wasn't obvious.

    I just spent the last 5hrs replacing fuel filter and intake gaskets only to find that there is a leak at each injector mostly #4 where it sits into the head and pressure is still lower than normal. Plus when I shut it off the fuel pressure doesn’t hold like it use to :notsure:https://youtu.be/P-fqGDCeIFk

    How snug are your injectors? Can taking the fuel rail spacers out make them seal better?

    I haven't been following your entire saga, but how careful where you when you installed the injectors? Those orings on them are EASY to wreck if you don't lube them or if you catch an edge or twist them or look at them wrong or think bad thoughts about them.

    Might just need to put new orings on and lightly lube them.

    They are tight enough that I can barely move them but I could take one spacer out of each and shim with washers to get it a little bit tighter. This gradually started happening.

    Do your injectors use o-rings on the bottom, or insulators?

    When installing into the fuel rail or manifold, a good practice is to lube them up with Vaseline.

    I have generally never been able to reuse the stock orings. Get new ones and put a little dish soap on them to keep them from tearing.

    I wonder if the e85 did this. Seems to be leaking where the insulator seats into the piece that is in the cylinder head.

    Yes they are but when I do an air leak check and spray soap bubbles come out of all 4 cups
