I can do a leak check pretty easily but I’m starting to think that I just need to do a tune I’m still waiting on the harness to get that done. I haven’t heard from them yet since 3/1

I didn’t hear any leaks at the engine if anything it was the vac leak tester

 

I think it’s running good enough to pull this I’ll just have to watch the temperature.

I scored at work today. Saw 2 gallons of lab grade methanol laying around... we don’t use or sell it so my boss let me have them

 

I’m good then mine is on the far right port I’ll just move it over to the far left

The truck did good today pulled the boat good. I checked the fuel pressure when I got home and it was at 28 psi idling. I guess it gets lower when it warms up.

 

Today fuel pressure cold start was good 43psi. After warmed up still good. I wonder if the issue is the electronics that the fuel pump mounts to that goes in the tank. Just a thought or it fixed it self and then later it will brake it self then fix it self sorry had a moment there

Check your grounds too. Remove the bolts, take a wire brush to all contact points, and reattach. Check any connectors for any sign of corrosion, clean them and replace. Dielectric grease is a good idea too.. Awful odd symptoms overall though

 

been a while since ive been at the truck. as of now i i might be able to get the first startup in tomorrow.



i had to lift the engine and drill out the broken exhaust studs. this took quite alot of time.
