    The FIPG needed has an equivalent of THREEBOND TB 1282B... I can't find it

    Nice! Bummer about needing to recut it but at least you'll have a good surface moving forward.

    I'm going to try the simple green on my other aluminum parts. The acid got the majority of the carbon out of the head.

    I was reading how Fel-Pro designed these with NASCAR and other racers. Apparently one of their initial releases was for boxer engines that had problems sealing up, seemed to be the fix. Also, the ford 4.6 give people problems because they want a crazy low RA and these seem too be the ticket too.
