Well i got motorkote in my truck and the wife's rav4 but her spark plugs and my o2 sensor are still in the box... Im a terrible person and have some super human ability to find anything else to do... I did make a pretty in depth chicken video this weekend so there's that i guess

Yeah it was a p0100, Lol just threw out a series of numbers and letter, couldnt remember exactly. But I redid my wiring ( had to extend them) cleaned the maf sensor and housing. Took a while for the truck to learn how to idle but after last night it seems to be running pretty good for not being tuned Sometimes when I go into open loop it will really richen up causing the truck to bog down, the lowest my afr gauge reads is minimum 10.0. also put on bigger Injectors and an adjustable fpr. I'm 100% sure my problems with being rich is because of the ecu not being able to control the oversized injectors. Fuel pressure is set around 43-45.

 

Thats a tight timeline, but think about it this way..

When cruising(actual cruise, not 90, 100mph lol) you will improve your engines overall efficiency, adding a few MPGs to your tank.

Then, there's the incredible sensation of hitting that boost threshold, and really getting the ass end of the truck tucked...

 

I'm considering using this radiator, meant for 1st Gen, in my 2nd Gen. Anyone know of anyone retrofitting this in a 2nd Gen? It's nearly the same dimensions, I'm sure the mounting point are different- nothing a quick weld can't fix

Is retrofitting the correct term in this situation? I guess you are retrofitting just in the opposite manner of the usual thought process

 

Thanks best info yet! I have an after market bumper and will be putting a winch in as well so I won’t have a lot of room for an intercooler so I think this is holding me back.

An air to water heat exchange might be an option if front real estate is an issue, and water/meth injection wouldnt hurt either i guess depending on how well everything works together.
