    I have a plate bumper and winch, i could maybe fit a couple wires behind it. No way an intercooler though

    Well, you're gonna be doing a bunch of stuff you've never done before :laugh:

    If you run an IC that is a bit thinner i think it would work.

    That and you may just have to pay a welder to TIG up some custom AC lines.

    If turboing was easy...everyone would do it. haha

    Intake, exhaust, lift. Typical stuff.
    You can try cutting the lip on your grill and do the "small lip Satoshi". You may get an inch or two. It'll still be tight.

    Your best bet would be to get a water/air intercooler as the heat exchangers are much more compact.

    So guys, when sizing an intercooler the thickness is o/d right?
    A 2.5" ic is actually 2.5 inches thick?

    The inlet and outlet is i/d?

    Whats the different lengths, is it port to port or fins to fins plus the inlet and outlet...


    Trying to figure out how to measure for one, sometime ill be taking my bumper off to clean and regrease my winch and in the process ill take my grill off and get to measuring

    It depends on the seller and the manufacturer, but a lot of times they will list the IC core dimensions ascwell as the overall dimensions. Post up links to IC's you're finding and I'm sure some of us can help you figure out the exact dimensions
