    I forgot which clutch you guys recommended, to lazy to go through the pages :D

    1st gen 2.7l probably max of 14psi for a while, 7psi for a bit

    Love clutch dumps:rolleyes:









    Also, can you run an intercooler upside down? I need the inlet/outlet up top but havnt found as many as on the bottom

Plasti-dipped upper fenders and emblems. satin black spray paint here and there inside and out. 5100's set to 1.75" up front . C channel front bumper. Maxxis bighorn 255/85/16
    mine is upside down I guess and it is running fine but I haven't really gotten in to any boost

    The air to air intercooler doesn't care about position. Water to air, might be a different story.

    I put the turbosmart bov in yesterday and shortened recirculating tubes truck runs much smoother and dosen't die :bananadance:

    What a learning experience its been with this turbo install. I couldn't have gotten this far without help from boostedka, yota243, Madtaco461, StAndrew, Torspd, Mrcrowntown and everyone else who put their 2 cents worth THANK YOU!! :bowdown: and I'm sure ill have more questions :)

    Next question if I put pink top injectors without anything else would there be an improvement if nothing else less detonation ?

    They'll help you get a little extra fuel under boost. I think they are about 10% higher flowing than the browns. If anything, you'll get more evenly distributed fuel just from having clean injectors vs 200k carbon build up injectors.

    Have you changed your fuel filter recently?

    Also, very happy to hear how much more refined the operation is now. You are a lot wiser now than when you first started. All of the trials and tribulations, bridge that gap between the idea of what works, and the reason why good parts prove their value.

    And you have 200k now? If so, you should change it again.

    I also Highly recommend Redline Oil S1 Fuel system cleaner. It is concentrated, and works very well. Will help keep the injectors running all at a lot closer precentage to each other.

    Intake, exhaust, lift. Typical stuff.
    Make sure your fuel pressure regulator is hooked up to your manifold so your fuel pressure rises with boost. I get low 12's in open loop at about 1-1.5 PSI (highest I've boosted so far :oops:)

    Since I'm doing my ic in grill, i was thinking of cutting the tabs on grill and mounting the grill to the IC to get a cpl more inches...
