I got a dc power supply in today too, I’ll be busy the next few hours making a solid calibration for the air and coolant temp sensors

I have no Idea... yesterday it was just a crack on the weld to the muffler from the exhaust engine side. Today, its blown completely out like this

Hahaha nah, but will be a true 3" with no swedge connections that choke it down below 3" either

So I sat around for a while trying to figure out how to tackle these sensors, I don't think hooking a power source up to them is the way to go.

My harness uses the IAT sensor from the MAF sensor. The calibration is good, for the Haltech. However, on my Scangauge2, it displays 50º cooler. That calibration is in my file.

Do you have an aftermarket sensor, or using the OEM IAT?

Coolant sensor, I think @Jcyr has his calibrated properly? If that is correct , he should be able to just post up his data that he input.

Temp sensors just need a resistance reading at different temperatures

It is setup as voltages in the Haltech. So it can be confusing. Jcyr,(?) changed his to voltages from something and it works.

I used an addition of the AEM coolant temp sensor. They have the charts listed on their website. Then I just plugged those number into the corresponding fields. Easy peezy .

I'm currently using the IAT from the MAF, but will be using a different sensor after the turbo goes in. @Jcyr I would appreciate that calibration

wait, he has a 3RZ doesn't he? I have a 2TR, they use the same MAF?

    edit:
    No, they're different

Yeah, I had found this but didn't know other variables to compute VDC vs Temp
    22204-0F030.jpg

Maybe is possible to setup a resistance vs temp calibration?

I used the resistance values on my haltech. You have to make sure you have the setting correct and use the pull up resistor.

I calibrated both the stock 2TR coolant and air sensors by resistance, with good results. "Pull up" does have to be enabled, but the the dash gauge doesn't work. I'm not content with that, I'm going to keep reading.

Accidently hit 15 psi trying to tune my boost controller. Got a bit aggressive on the duty cycle. Holy cow she comes to life. Let off the gas once I saw the boost just shoot up like crazy. Back to the drawing board and ease into this.

I did the same thing and had the boost around 12psi accidentally
