Reminds me of a knight's armor. Didn't have the radius needed with the material that I had left, so www.Stainlessbros.com pie cuts to the rescue! Where it flows from here, I'll have to wait until the truck can be torn down for an extended amount of time.

Getting everything tack welded. Once the direction of the outlet into merge is routed, then I'll fully weld it all up.

So for a performance fuel rail set-up, fuel passes the fuel regulator and sits in the rail, there's no return? If so, does it return to the stock return line or back to the regulator?
On the stock fuel rail, I see a line coming into the regulator and leaving the pulse damper. I didn't think the fuel passed the pulse damper, thought was like a trampoline to absorb pulses.

aeromotive recommends the regulator is on the return side of the rail. provides a consistent fuel pressure for the entire rail instead of trailing off as injectors open

That makes no sense to me

You have to be fucking with me, that would mean full pressure goes to injectors and regulated pressure returns to tank

not at all, its how i have mine hooked up. it regulates by letting pressure out once to the set point.

with a fpr at the front of the rail youd have say 50, 49, 48, 47 at 4 injectors possibly.

ahhh I see what you're saying. So I guess there's two ways to do it? I'd need to know which way my selected FPR meters the fuel before installation.

Any motor I’ve worked on always has the FPR on the return end of the rail. I’d imagine it works like a valve that closes down to increase pressure to the lines leading up to it...like a linked hose. The pressure in the lines after the regulator are lower pressure...like what comes out of a kinked hose.
