What is the outlet size of your turbo?

 

I'm putting together my 3" exhaust at the moment.

 

Is just a 5 bolt internal gate GT2871R but I'd have to measure

 

With an external wastegate housing, isn't it a 3-inch Outlet?

 

The more open, the better. 3in has changed my whole world! Even NA.

 

I run 2.5” for the down pipe it’s not ideal cause my outlet is3” but its good nuff for now but therest is 3” including the muffler i love the sound especially in boost

 

i had the exact same exhaust setup na but stepped up from 2.5 to 3". that along with the addition of the turbo 100% completely changed the exhaust note for the better

 

Does anyone know where I can find a bolt in 3" exhaust for 2TR?

I had to custom fab my catback. not a fun task but the 3" is totally worth it.

 

I can make it no problem, just need to find the cat hump part... I'll check Amazon out

Welp, hydroplaning isn't fun!

 

Fuck man. That sucks. How bad is the damage besides the obvious in the pictures? I assume you're alright?

 

I'm good, just what you see is damaged. I drove it off the freeway after waiting for a traffic break. Looks like just a new rim and tire so far! Fuck the cosmetics lol

 

I thought those Coopers were supposed to be good in the rain?

 

They are, until your weight shifts as you change lanes and you catch a puddle in the grooves of the freeway. I got grip back after some maneuvering, but that grip shot me towards the wall, so I had to downshift and kick the ass end around to take the brunt of the force. Hit with the rear tail light first, and it drew my front end over into the wall too.

 

Time for fiberglass bedsides...
