Ummmmm.......ebay has thousands of vendors ranging from Summit Racing to Mishimoto and everything in between. Bar and plate are better than tube/fin.......

I really don't get people's eBay hate. I've bought thousands of dollars of stuff from eBay and Amazon.......buyer protection.

NEVER a problem. My "chinese" turbo, intercooler, injectors, and many other things are giving me 310whp for over 10k miles when I was on 32" tires. If you want to buy a $500 intercooler that is the exact same thing as a $60 one by all means......

It's aluminum, formed, molded, welded. TIG style.

Now let me hear all about quality control and having holes or bad welds......

Anyway hope you find what you need. Here's my input......:)

If you could do a pull with a BOV and without, I'd be curious to see the difference. The two charts I posted show a spike for both but I don't know who made them and they don't have any numbers on the scale to reference.

Yeah, if I had 2k + for the turbo alone I still would consider a Chinese. However...... I can definitely say I wouldn't mind a turbonetics though. The manufacture of Chinese items has advanced light years from what it was in the early days, even surpassing ours in certain sectors.

Let me get that fuel rail from you Chris......! C'mon bro........6 extra injectors would send my engine into explosive mode.

Im not going cheap on this, yes I have bought a good bit of stuff on eBay for this project. Gaskets, flanges, manifold, gauges, and probably my bov but I will not go cheap one something that can decrease hp and increase the chance of detonation....

What's wrong with going quality parts? It's just money right, no sense in that rant....

That is the plan. I can just remove the vacuum source to the BOV.

Is it normal to have 7psi of boost instantly even at 3/4 throttle:D

I just checked the fuel pressure at the back of the fuel rail and its reading 38psi at idle with the vacuum line connected to the supercharger, which is on the low side of spec (38-45psi). But it immediately drops to 0 when I shut the motor off. So Im thinking the check valve at the fuel pump is bad?
Is there a way to check the fuel pressure regulator? Im not seeing anything in the FSM. I would like to eliminate that before I have to drop the tank to diagnose the fuel pump.

Pull the vacuum line from the FPR, and see what it reads at idle. Should be right at ~43.

Yep, it is ~42psi on my gauge.
It still drops to zero almost instantly.

Are we all pretty sure that this thing is goin rich because its either double reading the air or somethin? Or is it leaning out due to a vacuum leak or somethin? I suppose ur boost lines are pretty ok since ur gauge reads if there was a larger leak it would be kinda funky or always read about 0. Have you checked ur pcv and brake boost lines for leaks?
