Is there a way to block off ur bov or plug those ports and run it with no bov and see if it does the same thing? If it does, its not in ur bov and if it doesnt its in ur bov setup somewhere. That at least will help zero in on whats actually goin wrong

I mean like take the bov off and put a bolt or something in those ports and see if u get compressor surge and the truck doesnt die when u rev and let off. I guess it could be ur maf sensor gone bad but wouldnt it idle and drive in close loop pretty awful if that were the case?

So at first I didn't have this problem with stalling I'm not sure why it started but here's what I've done so far to figure out why I've changed to a different Bov i've changed vacuum source I've tried Bov to atmosphere i've sprayed everywhere with carburetor cleaner and couldn't find any vacuum leaks that way at least and just now completely disconnected the Bov from the engine and plug the holes and it still does the same thing you Rev it up and let off and it just dies:annoyed:

So after reading a little bit about mass airflow sensor's I found out that when they're dirty they can cause the check engine light to come on with the code P0171 which is the code that I was getting before I fixed the O2 sensor

Decapped some stock injectors today and literally just installed them, the fic 6 and wired the uego into the fic to log stuff. Hopefully decapped stock injectors flow more :D not because I need them too but because im curious.

Hm so decapped 3.4 injectors are huge once decapped. I got it to idle but it was super lope-ee
I could barely start the truck with them which makes me think they're even bigger than 650cc's, and they maxed out the wideband.
I'm gonna try and tune them to idle correctly tomorrow but it seems they COULD support alot of power.

So the truck didn't like the decapped injectors and I couldn't get it to idle right. There appeared to be two different styles that I had decapped so I think I'm gonna send them out to be flowed to see if there's a difference.

I re-installed the non-decapped stockers and tuned them.
@4.5psi the stock system is good til about 3000~ rpm then it starts leaning out.
I added 20% at 3000-4000 and saw like 11-12:1 then 25% 4000-5225 (where the auto shifts) and saw 10-9:1
25% at 4k-5k was too much so I dialed it back to 23% and it maxed everything out to 11:1 range on stock injectors.
The poor things are maxed at 99% duty cycle which isn't good.
My 650cc's ended up being junk since when I reinstalled them everything went pig rich even when subtracting huge amounts of fuel through the AEM :frusty: Looks like I found My rich issue...
I'm not sure what to do, but when I go to buy injectors I'm gonna by quality this go round. I'm not bagging on ebay but I'd say at this point it would have been better to go quality in the first place.

I celebrated too soon it's back to the same thing not sure if I need to replace the MAF sensor or if something keeps blowing through the system to contaminate it
