The pcv and rear valley T to a catch can. That Ts twice from the one to TB input with check valve and other Ts to the charcoal canister line that runs to the air filter. FPR goes right to charge tube post maf. I had things way bad the breather that we all put in was blowing oil and my charcoal canister flooded with oil. Now no leaks either among like 100things that are better just from that vaccum. Its seriously like a whole new ball game this way.

I have to give a ton of credit. This is very impressive!

 

Yeah, I'd love if this guy would tune my truck.

 

IK22 is too cold for the 5VZ, at least at my boost levels. My MPGs were fantastically horrible so I pulled them and sure enough too cold. Replaced with IK20s.

 

I also run IK20s at 17psi. It's 99% a daily and only goes WOT for very brief periods down the drag strip so I couldn't justify IK22s

 

Figured out charge pipes and intake. Off to doing a downpipe next.

 

That's really coming together nicely. I like the lowered intercooler placement as well.
Vacuum lines and oil lines, and it's ready for start-up!

What is the time frame that you have given yourself, for completion?

 

Be nice to have it running in a few weeks. Depends if I can nail out that downpipe next weekend. I can't rush my fab work or I just start making a whole bunch of mistakes. Had to move the intercooler to this position. The charge pipes tucked in tighter to the frame. Hopefully month of September is working out the bugs and tuning.

 

Still sticking with the trusty Map-Ecu2 correct? Or is it 3? That is my biggest battle. Getting anxious any trying to finish it all to fast.

 

Yeah it's still on an ecu3 with 2x larger injectors. It ran pretty decent with it before I took the truck down.

 

I can wait for you to be able to post up some videos of it running with the new setup!

 

I'll put up youtube from the mild getting it running and as I build up the tune. September should be fun for that. October is usually when I start going to the desert.

 

air flow is gonna be an issue with that filter sock you got there...
