    That area means you likely have a vacuum hose routing issue causing a "leak".

    According to mapecu3 she was holding 23.5 inhg at idle yesterday... If there was a leak wouldn't that number be much less? And wouldnt it be less noticeable as I approach 0 psi?

    The problem arises, if there is an unintended leak, when vacuum nears boost. As it nears that threshold, it creates disturbances to the sensors. Dealt with this specifically on my truck, before I figured out that my vacuum routing was incorrect. Datalogged it on the X-1.

    This may not exactly be your issue, but it sounds very similar.

    We may need pictures clearly showing all of your vacuum hoses.

    Just imagine a 16 yo went to O'Reilly and bought a bunch of universal T's and made a huge mess... That's my vacuum lines... Ill see if I can get some pics

    That left picture says 4 way T. Looks like a 3 way. Is it a three way or really a 4?

    The hose connected to the PVC valve, on the valve cover. Where does it go?

    What about the hose on the passenger valve cover?

    Pcv is routed to a catch can... The left pic is where vacuum is sources and that "4 way" is red and continues to the right pic in red to that 4 way

    The vacuum hoses that go to the solenoid fir the evap. Show how those are routed.
