I'm going to have a second guess at 240 whp.

 

Man you have a lot of faith lol. Im hoping. I want to spank my buddies stock v6 and my buddy's cruiser with the ls in it. The second one is going to be a feat

 

It all depends how well of shape the engine was in before the turbo was added.

I am assuming yours was around 130 whp. That may be a bit high.

 

Thats with 285/75r16 mts on it too. Happy with the numbers. im guessing around 230 flywheel

 

That is a huge gain for your setup! Especially how early the torque comes on. So happy that you had a before Dyno run to compare against.

As a reference, Dyno Dynamics typically read a few percentage points less than the Dyno Jet style. Neither here nor there though.

@Bloodytaco208 , I believe that you have an upgraded fuel pump, and MAP-ECU3 (with the AFR module???).

What size injectors do you have, and or do you only have a 5th injector?

Im running just the pump i havent got mapecu or the urd adr cal installed yet. Stock injectors. Aem 320 pump. Its pretty lean 14.7 till i hit open loop and then it dumps it at 11.3 thats around the 4k mark

 

Isn't the @OVTune software available? That would be the least painless, as far as installations go. And would allow you to run larger injectors. That's allowing you to turn up the boost some more. As well as having proper afr's all the way through the load ranges.

@JustDSM may also be able to help out with the tuning. Big IF, but still an if.

 

Otherwise, if you want to do a full standalone then we have a couple members that has gone through that on the 2tr. With the Haltech.

 

I've been watching and waiting for @OVTune to release the 2tr tuning software, but I haven't seen it released yet.

 

I know i havent decided yet im kindve committed to mapecu at this time but still debating

 

Since that and the Haltech both have to be wired in, and that the Haltech version that you need won't be much more than the MAP-ECU3, then the Haltech would be the much better choice. More capability, flexibility, and tuneability. Facilitating much larger injectors and the ability to dial them in easily.

 

The only hiccup for the haltech is i picked up a mapecu3 used for 300 akready

 

Ahhh. Do you have the AFR module? You'll need it.

 

Yeah i bought it already. i need to get the cable and buy the software so i can manipulate it
