So tell me if im not understanding this correctly. I know theres fuel cut at 5 volts with the maf makes the truck jerk like a bastard. When im in closed loop i sit at a nice 11.9 to 12.5 depending on rpm and boost. When i transition to open loop it jumps to 14's and starts rising. I get the maf to about 4.9 output from the table and the afrs wont go down. This is where my theory of im out if injector comes into play. By noting the screen im only applying about .65 volts into the ecu to fuel more. So am i correct or am i missing something?
    Refer to tables

So you are on stock injectors and adding fuel in the fuel table right? It threw me for a loop because I only pull fuel... Also I'm not sure but you may kimd of be fighting yourself if you are still getting your fuel tables set and also adjusting afrs since they will both effect fueling

Yes im still on stock injectors. I just manipulate the afrs to transition smoothly from closed to open loop. I would believe it to be a positive number needed to be added sue to the maf sensor voltage increases with throttle

You need to adjust your MAPECU configuration. The majority of your fuel table adjustments are over the engines redline. Given that you're trying to add fuel at 6-10k RPM, I bet that's why your adjustments are making no changes.

So i havent cleaned up the table to make it "pretty" sorry lol, my tuck doesnt get into the area of the tables.upper central from 2-4500k rpm and 1 to 6 psi of boost is where im at. The table is rouglhy around .65-.75 increased voltage to keep the maf from holding on 5 or exceeding the threshold to reduce fuel cutout. At an idle my tuck sits at 1.3 volts input. If i push the table higher ill get a over voltage code for the maf. The manual says idle should be between .5-3 volts

This is where it goes from closed loop to open loop and i get an afr spike

Setting the RPM range properly puts the cells at tighter groupings which gives you finer control of your adjustments. Can't really tell what's going on with the graph as is. The table view would be easier to follow or atleast see specific adjustments a given RPM/pressure.

Definitely chop your fuel map down to 6k rpms. ECU config - General Tab.

You are out of injector when your log file FUEL voltage gets near 5V. Good chance you are at the end of your injector adding that much fuel.
Larger injectors brings you whole table down. I peg out my maf sensor, but I can still add fuel because my ecu is still seeing less than 5v. My whole table is in the negative.

Just placed the first order to LCE for the balance shaft delete, along with all the ARP hardware/gaskets I'll need. Looking at those dual valve springs and crossbeam rods for later....

Thats what i figured due to the mileage and the flow rate i figured i was out of injectors. Im probably at 100% on the duty cylce anyways so they will start failing pretty quick anyways.

This being my first turbo anything build, my theory is "overbuild the guts, so you can abuse it on low boost and learn." Once I get the block to the machine shop and find out if I'm honing or boring the cylinders, I'm looking at a set of arias forged pistons to upgrade from the melted mess I pulled out of there.

Once I'm done with this rebuild I think the engine can safely be considered "built." Anybody have any recommendations for MLS headgaskets though? LCE didn't have any for the 2tr, only stock ones.
