    Head studs clamp the cylinder head to the block. Main studs are for the crank main caps.

    Would you like to play a game?

    I have a 35r with the largest exhaust housing (1.03) on my 3.4 and found someone local to trade for their middle (.82) housing. Looking for a little better spool up (10.5psi @ ~3k now). 33s, 4.10, auto.

    How much difference do you think the new housing will make?

    I'm with him. 400-500 RPM's earlier. Should make it much more fun! May have to adjust your tune for fueling at much earlier boost.

    Anxiously awaiting results!

    Definitely will keep an eye on the tune. It was twin charged, so there is fuel there and timing pulled.

    That's right, that slipped my mind. Should be good to go then.

    I am about to change my turbine housing again, like you to a tighter A/R. As well as some exhaust experimentations.

    Mainly the crossbeam rods and possibly having the lower rotating assembly lightened when it's at the machine shop... I can't remember at this moment, but I think yours didn't get the dual valve springs either? I'm slipping down the rabbit hole on this build!

    4.3+ Liters. 3000 breaking boost threshold, and about 3600 for full boost at 17.

    Not happy with it. Tried a different exhaust routing and sizes. Greatly reduced the spool time versus the old (original exhaust) setup. Some material on order to change things up. :D

    I was dealing directly with Wes during the build so there might not be common knowledge about the build outside of the builders, wes and I.

    Thats the problem lol I started a company and haven't had a single minute to spare to work on fun stuff. Not even during the shutdown!!
