10 or more pulls later and 10psi is dialed in. So I tried to up the boost to 12psi. Took me a while to figure out how to get the EBCS to work with this new wastegate. Did a quick test pull to see where I'm at. Man that was scary. Only did a 3k to 4k pull. Overshot to 13 psi and my afr's went very lean. Had a 14.0 spike at the end. Adding boost takes a whole bunch of fuel. Fattened up my fuel table like crazy and pulled some duty cycle from the EBCS. I need more gas, so I'll test it in a few more days. Mexico could use a break from me at the moment.

I've messed with water/ meth injection in the past. I liked Devils Own and AEM setups. The AEM fail safe gets a lot of false positives. I would just avoid a fail safe. Makes insane power on boosted direct injection motors.

Ha funny cause that’s the 2 I came down to. Leaning more towards devils own because of how they boast of quality fittings and such. Since 3rd gen is DI I’m sure it’ll benefit from when I put the twins on.

not sure. i never really trusted those fittings. the lines seemed to get groved out over time and get a little loose. they lasted over 2 years but i wish i chose the stainless braided option. think il do the conversion

I like devils own the best. Simple and straightforward. On my truck I can control meth injection with the piggy back. Mmm 400 whp stock block.

So I messed with my tune a bit and got my trims a little nore consistent across the boars but there is still a 10% split between the banks... There are a couple spots where I just cant pull enough fuel it seems. Most of my normal driving area is somewhere between -.30 and -.40 volts but at like 0 psi 2100 rpms give or take my ltft are both negative (one bank is -11 and the other -3 ish) and I have pulled -.53 and it doesnt seem to be responding... But its literally just 1 or 2 fuel zones. I also added 2* of timing every where from -3 inhg and down and less than 3k rpm... And I added 1* everywhere else up to 4 psi... That's what e85 is for right? But for real I can't test the super cold start because its only getting down to like 73° at night but that should help start ups when it does cool back off right?

think you still have an exhaust leak on one side causing a difference between the banks? E85 you can pile on the timing if the truck is running good. A few cells at wot I’m pulling a bunch of fuel and adding fuel later.

It could be but unless it is the header gasket all the leaks should be down stream of the o2 sensors since they were made into the headers I bought

    Powermax 7psi final results.
the big dip has been eliminated.
The small dip in the middle is the ACIS valve. there is not way around that, it doesn't affect anything.

    results:
340+ ft lbs available as early as 2500 rpm (although it comes on even earlier than this in higher gears).
380 ft lbs at 3500 rpm
395 ft lbs at 4200 RPM

    363HP at 5200 RPM

    Tested on 93 octane.
( I would deduct 5% from these numbers for 91)

    Torque converter full lock.

With torque converter unlocked the dyno reads 380 ft lbs as early as 2300 RPM.

there is no more noticeable power/torque dip / drop.

OV just posted this on his thread today. This is the result of 2 years of testing 3-4 different systems before coming up with one that he felt comfortable selling. The first 25 kits were sold over a month ago and he will begin shipping them out next week. He will be coming out with more dynos in the future but these represent the kits without the fuel upgrades which are available. With the fuel upgrades he took his truck up to 22 psi and produced 540 ft lbs wtq.

@Torspd You may want to consider adding this to your thread on F/I dynos.

    What would I gain by going from a single VVT-i 2TR to a dual VVT-i 2TR?
