I think around 12? Boost was being controlled through one of those manual twist type controllers under the hood, so it wasn't very controlled or precise. First thing I did with the new setup was an EBC.

Not really, just too much boost on stock internals. It lost compression pretty quickly after I bought it, and then got rebuilt with appropriate internals.

Technically not turbo (and possibly an obvious) question, but would running the truck unboosted cause O2 sensor problems? The check engine light (code P0137, downstream sensor low-voltage) code popped up after I removed the supercharger from the loop with piggyback ECU still connected. It was a few weeks after though, so maybe it's just the sensor going bad (I'll check this weekend) - if it is working, is there a fix (like a spacer to get it further out of the flow) that will remove the code until I am able to run the supercharger again?

It's probably a fueling issue with the piggyback. Check you fuel trims since you changed you setup without doing a tune for going back to NA

I remember seeing years ago somewhere where somebody used a piece of stainless tubing and sleeved the rear o2 sensor. It was a tight fit but not too loose either but I don't remember how it was held on. If you have the 2 bolt flange type. If it's a screw in then you can use an 02 fouler/spark arrestor from the "HELP" section at the parts house. I'm catless and will get a rear o2 DTC only after it idles for a long time and only after it is warmed up and driven some.

Likely culprit. If you disconnected any boost/vac lines that the ECU reads reconnect them.

That is a sleeper. It looks like you have an upgraded fuel pump can it keep it or you need port injection too?

yea it's a little over the top  didn't mean to go this hard but somehow it did:notsure:

Dont know what max is yet. It's been a two year thing where it's been out of my hands. Had to fix some boost leaks today and waiting on a coil to show up so I can datalog. Currently it's on a super conservative tune making 42#/min on 8-10psi. Block is good for 1000whp and the turbos 1200hp. I was talking with @Torspd and I'm going to run out of Injectors probably because it's only DI.
