Haven't had the time as of yet, still in the parts collecting stage. Eventual 500 hp goal on the 2tr engine.

Similar scenario found with the OV Tune kit. They had up upgrade their DI's and base fuel pump.

Using just the amount of air moved you're in the neighborhood of +/-400hp easily. If you know all your data points plug them in here and you'll get a good estimate of injector needed once you start cranking up the boost.

Well boys I went through the wiring and didn't see any thing that really stood out. I then decided to yolo an ebay fpr because I had suspicion that the stock one wasn't keeping up with my dw200. I now have a different engine, its no longer boggy and running super rich. I found out my tps sensor was broken as well so I have another one inbound. Even with the tps sensor remove it revs like a normal v8 now.

Yes the engine bay is a bit of a mess and I've already cleaned it back up for now.

Honestly it feels nice to get out of that rut. It was really hard because I rebuilt the engine so I've touched literally everything which makes you question literally everything. Also with some of the components being as old as they are it just adds to it. I was giggling the entire time on the test run just like when I did my first tests with the old 4cyl turbo set up. I definitely found the motivation again to finish it in a timely manner.

That's awesome man. Yeah I pretty much have to slap my coolers in and build the transmission electronics.

Some datalog highlights from this morning. The tuner should have some spice for me soon.

Pump gas? Looks like he probably going to pull a good amount of timing. 10 more lbs of boost is no joke.

    edit: post the log after.

So didn't have time to datalog tonight but wanted to get first impressions. Still making 40#/min but now holding 15 psi rather than spiking 15 psi. I can definitely feel that the torque throughout the power band has gotten way better. A little bit of gas when I first left my street had me surprised. Going to datalog this week and send them to BK.
