    Try some wd40. I haven't had issues stretching couplers. I had the issue of them being too loose. 80mm coupler sounds like a good solution.

    There are 3.25" couplers. They don't come cheap though. HPS silicone couplers makes them. Quickest to my mind. There are others as well.

    Circled in red is where I tapped the upper oil pan

    You can see it running down between the manifold, around the oil filter

    And into the part on the pan I tapped. I used a screw-in bung, that has a lock on the backside that gets staked...Didn't have access to a TIG, but have zero issues with leaks

    I'm too lazy to go back through old pages, but are you referring to a 454ci engine? And trying to mate up T3 turbos to a motor that big??
    Shit, even 5.3 and 6.0 LS motors want T6's!

    She's gonna be a low boost low revving old bird, well not old, it's all new and I've hand ported the heads to their limit... but I'm not chasing horsepower to the ends of the earth or anything.

    I've got two NOS cast manifolds for T3 turbos. Thinking 61/62 Garrett twins

    I could see that if it were a single, even a single HX40 is wayy too small. But twin 61/62 with .82 AR turbine housings is too small ya think?

    Maybe go for a 1.06 exhaust housing to keep that backpressure down if you going for a gt3582

    But you could probably run a .82 just fine. 3.4 tacomas typically run gt3582's with a .70 hot side. Half your motor is 3.7

    I had the .82 on the 3.4 w/35r, moving to the 1.03. Shooting from the hip, for a 3.7 (x2), I would do the same. Maybe look at other people's results?

    The new G35-1050 has a new 1.21 hot side available now. Could even mirror the turbos.

Plasti-dipped upper fenders and emblems. satin black spray paint here and there inside and out. 5100's set to 1.75" up front . C channel front bumper. Maxxis bighorn 255/85/16
    So it's settled that the next I4 Toyota puts in the Tacoma will be a 3.7 because math and why not? #torque4dayz

    I have since replaced that upper oil pan with welded in bungs, was getting leaks with these. The second one is for the AOS-R
