    Are you planning on using radiator coolant plumbed into it, or its own reservoir and pump?

    Bw s256 turbo with 3 in glass pack dumped pre axle raptor liner bed and top rails and fenderflares and rocker panels. Hunter side steps. Plasti-dipped upper fenders and emblems. satin black spray paint here and there inside and out. 5100's set to 1.75" up front . C channel front bumper. Maxxis bighorn 255/85/16
    For like 2 minutes this morning it seemed that someone slipped some non e85 in my lines... But it settled out kinda

    Phenolic gasket? Never heard of this.


    It's own reservoir and pump. So far the radiator is looking like it'll fit nicely in the grill. The only problem is the extra weight on my core support is probably going to kill it. Already has multiple cracks in it.

    Is there a general rule of thumb for blow off valve size? I'm sure larger is better. I'm considering using this port which I can't remember what it was originally for, pvc return maybe? It's about a half inch hole.

    You cannot use that port for the BOV actuation. It needs to be post throttle body. To have vacuum and boost.

    That hole is a bit small. Just cap it off. Put your BOV by your turbo kinda like how an EFR turbo is.

    edit: plus you don't want to add any more turbulence around your throttle body.

    Yes, still running with a MAF. It's staying in the same place it's been, right before the turbo. The BOV is a 25 air 75 recirc type to keep from stalling.

    Old photo but it's pretty much still the same other than a better filter. The port on the 90 coupler is the return for the BOV. At 100% it would screw with the MAF and stall, the 25/75 seems to make it all happy. 20190502_194412.jpg

    So I got another 5 lug but this one has a turbo (n20). It needed a timing chain job so that took a bit to do.
