Looks like I already have one. 1/8”BSPP x 1/4” JIC. Then I’ll just make up SS/Teflon hose for the feed.

I know 5/8 hose is recommended for return but is 1/4” suitable for the inlet?

I haven't seen any 3rz motor mounts collapse interestingly enough. Only been 5vz motors

Mine didn't collapse but it did crack an ear off. Didn't even know until I went to change mounts

Not a hard fix with the 4 banger engines at least, have a lot more room to get the MIG gun in there.

Man I just ordered a 1/8th npt tee. Looks like I'll be swapping it for that one posted above. I just received everything else I need for the oil lines from Silicone Intake solutions

Ooph…little pricey. I am curious about a few things.

dedicated pre turbo oil cooler? Is it worth it?

    In-line turbo filter? Worth it?

My plan has been just to run the turbo oil feed from one of the bungs on the oil pump or the one below the oil pressure sender. Or use both for for oil to turbo and oil pressure gauge. But don’t want to complicate it either.

Next plan for coolant lines was to use the radiator drain for the coolant inlet and the coolant outlet to return to a in line adapter in the upper hose.

IIRC I thought I remember seeing BW recommend to not run anything preturb.

Just use the port below oil sensor.

For coolant, use the throttle body lines.

I haven't run anything preturbo on previous cars, turbosmart just came out with a new filter/pressure regulator deal for turbo feed, but I haven't tried them.

My borgwarner efr specified not to use any type of oil restrictor before the turbo. Is that what you're referring to?

Yeah the oil lines should just be a feed and drain. For the coolant lines, as mentioned above, the throttle body is a good source for those. Just cap the oem ports and get an adapter for your factory TB coolant lines.

One thing you need to make sure of is that you have the feed and returns separated. You’ll want the coolant feed to enter the housing on the lower coolant port. The outlet will use the coolant port that sits up higher than the inlet. This allows the coolant to continue to circulate and cool things off after you turn the truck off.

Yessir, i already had that in mind and was wondering how the CXR manifold clocks the turbo. I’d hope it’s optimal for coolant siphoning.

You can clock the turbo, shouldn't have any issue clocking the center housing.
