I set my target idle to 1k rpms for a little more air flow, so I’m not sure if that could affect things

It just did it without the AC on so I’m not sure it’s related to the AC

Anything else change recently? Firmware, vacuum leak, let someone borrow it?

If someone wants to come borrow mine I could do with a six pack of something cheap I guess :)

I went to the MAP prediction setup and upgraded my firmware at the same time. It started after that. However today, I turned off MAP prediction and went back to transient throttle mode and turned back on o2 control. No one else has driven the truck but me. I also tried downgrading the firmware a few versions back to 3.10.0 but that didn’t help either

No vacuum leaks either. Gauge is reading a nice 26in/hg at idle when it’s not jumping around lol

What's it doing after it's reached a normal idle? Is it uneasy?

It’s very strange, once it finally settles down it idles perfect, but as soon as you put it in gear or any sort of load on it and then back out of gear/in neutral, it starts jumping around

I noticed long term idle control trims are way high too. It’s basically oscillating, going lean like 18:1, then I guess it’s adding a lot of fuel bc then AFR bounces back into the 13s

Have you tried turning down your O2 trim gain for those cells that it wigs out in

These right? I did try setting the first two cells on the left to zero bc I thought this could cause it too, but it still did the same thing

Yeah but that map is under defined. I built that map out with RPM and manifold pressure. I would probably take a log of what's going on when it's acting up so we can look at all the factors at once

I got a log earlier while it was doing it. I will try and figure out how to get a copy of that so we can take a look

    I believe it's v.2.59.3 as that's what's currently available at https://www.haltech.com/downloads/
The truck is running so nice now, not sure I'm going to go back to NSP any time soon tbh at least until it cools down a little

That's the last ESP version... There's probably something just really basic wrong in your tune because they reclassified the minimum and maximum values of some things when they went from ESP to NSP

Is Haltech forum kaput? I just clicked on a saved post and the page/site is no more. I can't find a forum on Haltech's website. Can only find the knowledge base.

Didn't get a whole lot of use anymore and ESP is basically completely dead at this point for NSP so when they made the switch to only developing NSP firmware now they just took the board down. The Facebook group is pretty good though and all the US haltech representatives respond on it pretty quick.
