Was doing donuts around a large tree near a river bank. The ruts were pretty deep and the side load was apparently too much.

That didn't age well. I'm at 4.99/ gallon now for 91. It's about $0.20 cheaper elsewhere, but I knock the least on shell. My next DD car going to need to be an hybrid or electric.

It's not awful here, I'm close to cheaper fuel too if I choose to drive to Idaho for a day

Maybe a little later down the road. Still have all the family around and the wife's family too. There is e85 8 miles from me. If it was just me, I'd probably try out Idaho, Utah or Colorado. Maybe DFW area, but not sure if I can deal with the summer.

Anywhere you go will have good and bad things to deal with. It just seems Cali has more bad things than good for anyone looking to live there. I currently work with a few Bakersfield hands and one from out by the AZ border. Obviously not your typical Cali crowd but they can’t stand the way things have turned the last decade and note family ties as the main thing keeping them there.

Forgot to mention I got to meet Gabe from snp speed innovations at a meet a few weeks ago. Talked to him about a haltech ecu for the truck. Now I just gotta stop being broke so I can get one lol. Don't mind the truck it's in full rebuild mode, just took it out to support a friend at a build off he entered.

Got the cam shafts out of the passenger side plan to pull the head without removing the timing cover because I enjoy a challenge. Does anyone have a link handy for the head bolt, 12 point inverted tool. Seems like my buddy had one when we redid the 2az

I think they are called "triple square", try looking that up.

Nailed it, and it makes sense that 3 sets of 4 90° corners that are all equally spaced and stacked within themselves would be a triple square... I guess

Shopping for a wideband o2 sensor now. Any particular brands stand out? Looking at AEM Uego and Innovate’s, both around $200 mark.

I won't buy another innovate. They're kind of a shitty design and they tend to cook the heater out of sensors
