    hey iv got a 2.7L that is lacking power and i need to rebuild it so it will all be coming out, when i rebuild it i want to do some performance, does anyone make a supercharger or turbo charger for it ? if not what kinda of performance can i do and how many HP will i get ? anyone no of a good rebuild kit ? and how many psi could a 2.7L hold up to ? thanks alot

    you can check with LC Engineering they have a complete turbo pkg and rebuild kit for your truck.

    2.7L 3RZ,K&N filter, 4" deck plate mod,flowmaster 40 series,3" suspension lift, hybrid 52"chevy/toyota rear springs.
    alpine makes superchargers for the 3RZ motor they area avail brand new for around $2400 buck and add aroun 40hp to a stock engine, if you have a better intake and exhuast where the charger can really breath you might get more out of it... on a side note the new alpine chargers are the same that trd offered (they were made for TRD by alpine) and are based on the eaton M62 blower...the older alpine kits are based on The eaton M90 blower they add about about the same power at less PSI (more flow less pressure)
