Some views at work are better than others. For those that don't know these are osprey. The baby in the nest fledged about 20 minutes after this picture that I took from a waste water treatment plant digester.

 

So I won this last night . I'm super excited I bought one 20 dollar ticket this is the first thing I have ever won.

I know where I’m turkey hunting this spring

 

There's another rafter of about 8 across the street in the park.

 

The local Walmart already has all the turkey hunting goodies out on display. Season does not start until May 1

 

Really nothing else for them to sell other than fishing stuff

Regs change here this year. Limit dropped to two tags, 6” beard toms, 1 per day, no jakes. April 3 - May 3 statewide, 1 turkey limit April 3-10. So looks like I’ll be hunting and calling for more folks and getting a little fishing in.

 

Travel out west we will get you on some big white tipped birds

 

Thanks. I sure need to do that soon. Looking at 3 more years till retiring. Then the cuffs are off.
