I say that this is some of the best advice as to what I'd do. Get a nice LCD TV and maybe a PS3(since its a bluray player and game system), then pay off any other debt and if none, put the rest toward a mod or two.

You're 23. Put it in the bank and DON'T TOUCH IT. Trust me, you'll thank me later. I know it's not the glitzy answer. Sorry.

    Yep.
If the old tv is a piece, grab a nice new one then use the rest on the truck.

if you end up getting that tv, check out mono price online, its where I got my high def cables, 25 canadian, got me three cables, two six foot, and one ten footer. Which is crazy cheap because one cable can go for almost a hundred

I'd say a TV, you'll use it for what its worth everyday. You'll probably put more hours on it then the truck, and you can't watch good pr0n in your truck(well at least i can't). Just my 2 cents.

I was just thinking that same thing, no need to go overboard on the TV, hell a thousand dollars on the TV will go along way, as would a thousand dollars to the Truck, I'd personaly use that on my truck!

Watch Spoofee.com. Once every few weeks they have really good deals on TV's. They posted a Sony 52" LCD from Dell.com for 1100 (800 off retial). If you buy a tv, wait til you find the best deal (be patient). If your spending close to 2k, you should get 48"+, 120hz, 3-D capability (not nesccary, but would be nice to have), and very high contrast ratio (close to 50,000:1).
